The purpose of the foundation

The foundation promotes knowledge and research on fungi, their conservation, and sustainable use. It makes expert knowledge publicly available and supports innovative cultivation methods as well as preventive measures against environmental degradation. In addition, it works on developing quality standards for mushroom products, promotes their medicinal use, and strives for the recognition of mycotherapy. It also supports the establishment of a research institute, offers educational programs, and manages a digital library as well as a fungal spore bank for species conservation. Global collaborations are possible in accordance with the foundation’s mission.

Our processing of our users’ personal data is limited to the data necessary to provide a fully functional website, as well as our content and services. We process our users’ personal data only for the purposes listed below and only when there is a legal basis (within the meaning of the GDPR). 2. Visitor and Usage Data

Every time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the accessing computer's system.
