Univ. Lekt. Mag. Eva Fauma
completed her studies in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Vienna, focusing on soy research. Since then, she has worked as an independent nutritionist. Her expertise spans corporate health promotion, health journalism, publications, and public education, offering consultancy to food industry firms and private individuals. She also lectures at various institutions on nutrition, health, phytotherapy, and mycotherapy, and leads the Center for Preventive Nutrition "Präventissimo." Fauma is a published author, lecturer, and certified mycotherapist. She has conducted over 350 cooking courses focused on healthy living.
