Dipl. Ing. (FH) Jürgen Guthmann

Born on 05.06.1965 in Weißenburg, he studied technical chemistry at the Georg Simon Ohm University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg. He worked for several years at the Microbiology Department of Friedrich Alexander University Erlangen. Since 2001, he has been a laboratory engineer in the Food Chemistry Laboratory at the Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences. An author and expert in the medicinal use of large fungi, he has over 30 years of experience in nutrition and health, focusing on medicinal plants and mushrooms.
